# Using the Dashboard

When you log in to the WebOrion portal you land on the **Dashboard** — an at-a-glance view of your monitored webpages, alert activity, plan usage, and upcoming crawls. The dashboard is built from **widgets** you can rearrange, resize, add, and remove to suit how you work.

## Filtering the dashboard

Use the **Filters** bar at the top of the dashboard to narrow what the widgets show:

* **Tags** — show only webpages carrying the selected tags.
* **Plan type** — show only webpages on the selected plan tiers.

Filters apply to most widgets at once. A few widgets are always account-wide and are **not** affected by the filters. This is noted in their descriptions (for example, **Alerts by FQDN & tag** and the crawl-schedule widgets).

Click **Refresh** at any time to pull the latest data.

## Customising your layout

1. Click **Edit layout** in the top-right of the dashboard.
2. Rearrange and resize widgets:
   * **Drag** a widget by its header to move it.
   * **Drag its edge/corner** to resize it.
3. Click **Add widget** to open the widget gallery, then choose a widget to place it on your dashboard.
4. To remove a widget, press the cross button on the widget while in edit mode.
5. Click **Done** to save your layout.

<Tip>
  Your layout is remembered for next time. If you want to start over, click **Edit layout → Reset** to return to the default arrangement.
