If you need to temporarily pause monitoring for one or more webpages — for example, during scheduled website maintenance — you can set a Blackout Window. Polling will be suspended for the selected pages during the defined period.

Adding a blackout window

  1. Go to Blackout Period → Add Blackout Period
  2. Select the webpages you want to pause from the left list, then click the right arrow to move them to the selected list
  3. Set the Start Date/Time and End Date/Time for the blackout period
  4. Click Save
Polling resumes automatically once the blackout window ends. No manual action is required.

Managing existing blackout periods

Edit Blackout Time Go to Blackout Period → Blackout Periods to view all configured windows. From here you can:
  • Edit the timing of an existing blackout period
  • Delete a blackout period if it’s no longer needed
